Version 0.099h Patch doesn`t seem to work. I try to unpack it using WinRAR, but it says "unexpected end of archive"

I am confused a little, let me explain: I downloaded both parts of 0.99h version, they unpacked successfully. will the 0.099i patch run correctly with it? If not, what`s the difference between 0.100 and 0.99h? The former sounds older.
