Overview

Somnography is an English fangame created by rowan tobias, angelictactics, FRANZISKA and Elise Pegasnow for Dream Diary Jam 5. The game was developed in RPG Maker VX Ace.

Gameplay

Somnography is a traditional fangame. The player enters the dream world by sleeping in the bed. The goal is to explore and obtain effects. Players can save by interacting with the computer next to the bed.

Controls

• Move - Arrow Keys
• Interact/Select - Z/Enter
• Open Menu/Cancel - X/Esc
• Effect Action - Z/Enter (while an effect is equipped)

Plot

You play as Blanc who's been having odd dreams.

Effects

Effect	Image	Description
Capybara		Blanc becomes a capybara. Pressing Z makes them kneel down.
Cat		Blanc becomes a cat, allowing them to fit through small spaces. Pressing Z makes a noise.
Doctor		Blanc is dressed as a doctor. Pressing Z will teleport them to a random location in the dream world.
Creature		Blanc becomes a shadowy creature.
Skates		Blanc puts on roller skates, increasing their speed.
