Overview

Red Square is an English fangame created by Kresna and Nyrator for Dream Diary Jam 3. This game was made for the Nintendo Virtual Boy, written in NEC V810 Assembly.

Gameplay

Red Square is a traditional fangame. The player enters the dream world by sleeping in the bed. The goal of the game is to explore and collect all of the effects to unlock the ending. There is currently no save feature.

Controls

Controls can be customized by opening the game and pressing ALT+Shift+1

• Open Menu - Start
• Cancel - B
• Action - Right-Back
• Wake Up - Left-Back

Plot

You play as Nina, a girl who's passionate about pizza, and explore her dreams.

Effects

Effect	Image	Description
Bike		Nina rides a bicycle. Pressing the Action button makes her do a revving motion.
3D Glasses		Nina wears 3D glasses. Pressing the Action button makes her change colors for a second.
Server		Nina carries a pizza server. Pressing the Action button makes her raise the server.
Bishounen		Nina becomes a character from a bishounen magazine, sparkling as she walks. Pressing the Action button makes her strike a pose, and pressing it again will cause a saucy panning image of the character to appear across the screen.
