Mutsuki (夢付き) is the protagonist of the game Sity.

Mutsuki has short brown hair with an ahoge (a thin standing strand of hair). He wears a white shirt with a purple tie, black shoes and black pants. He seems to be dressed formally or in a school uniform.

There's evidence in the game that suggests that Mutsuki's experiencing trauma relating to an earthquake in the past, and that lots of people he knew or loved died in the earthquake. It's possibly the main reason he locked himself in his room.
