Overview
Houchou Shoujo Gensoukyoku (包丁少女幻窓曲, Little Knife Girl Fantasy), commonly known as Yume Nikki Gensou among the western community, is a Metroidvania-style fangame made by Atelier Izumi (AKA Studio Izumi).
Gameplay
The game takes Yume Nikki characters and puts them in a platformer world with Castlevania-style action and Metroid-like exploration. Madotsuki, the protagonist of Yume Nikki, descends onto Pastel Shoal World and enters the house with a knife.
