There aren't that many worlds to explore since this game is merely a demo version. You enter Koji's dreams (?) through her notebook and save through her computer. To wake up from the dream you must either press 9 or interact with the notebook again .

Cyclothymic (defined as a mood disorder that causes emotional highs and lows) is an English Yume Nikki Fangame made by Fg7 in RPG Maker 2003. The game was discontinued by the developer at an unknown date.

Gameplay
