Bloodotsuki is a Madotsuki recolour. She has purple hair tied into two braided pigtails. She wears a red shirt with a grey and white checker design on the front along with a dark red skirt and red shoes.
It is unknown what her eye colour is as her eyes are closed. Bloodotsuki also has blood in her hair as well as pouring from her eyes.
