Effects Guide[]
Brambles[]
To clean up...
Appearance: Danaë's arms become thorny brambles.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in Thorny Garden.
Practical Uses: This effect allows Danaë to kill NPCs (which sometimes leave behind money).
In the Nexus, interact with the mouth (middle-south). From the entrance of the mouth, head north-east until you find a large skull. Interact with it to obtain the effect.
Star[]
Make a wish.
Appearance: Danaë rides on a shooting star.
Passive Effect: Danaë travels at double her walking speed.
Action: (Shift) Causes shooting stars briefly appear on the screen.
Location: Found in Space.
Practical Uses: Can be used to travel through the dream world a lot faster and chase fast-moving NPCs.
In the Nexus, interact with the elevator (northeast). Head right until you reach a blue planet with a star on it, interact with the star to obtain the effect.
Radioactive[]
Don't press the button !
Appearance: Danaë glows bright green due to radioactivity.
Passive Effect: Darkened areas will automatically be lightened.
Action: (Shift) Causes her to mutate in appearance with a new eye hanging from her head.
Location: Found in Ruby's Power Plant.
Practical Uses: Can be used to light up darker areas and effectively travel through others. Needed to get the Gossip effect.
Go left and enter the closet. Exit the room and go to 5 doors (including the room with the closet) down from the one from which you came from. Enter the room on the left side of your location. In this room should be an NPC standing behind a white table, whose head is an arrow to the right. Leave the room. You will be in another corridor, which will be similar to the previous one. Go diagonally up to the door on the right side. There is a room with a door NPC and an exit out of the building. Head down the stairs and make your way through the maze to an opening to a green pool of radioactive liquid. Walk around in it for a little while to get the effect.
Cosplay[]
Become your favorite character(or not).
Appearance: Danaë dresses as a different character: her hairstyle is changed to black curly up bob along with the very thin ahoge on the top of head. She wears mask with a smiley face, brown jacket with buttons and beige skirt.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Changes the expression on the mask with a laughing sound.
Location: Found in Ssendam Enilaroc.
Practical Uses: Can be used to slow down chasers.
Go down and to the left and interact with the green orb. Head north and west and enter the stitched brown spire. Head north-west (more west than north) until you find a thin upright doll body. Interact with it to get the effect.
Mad[]
Hahahuhuh (Something escaped from the asylum).
Appearance: Danaë wears a strait jacket and her hair is disheveled.
Passive Effect: Danaë hops around.
Action: (Shift) Makes Danaë laugh.
Location: Found in Ostrich Teleport Maze.
Practical Uses: None.
Go down and to the right and interact with the sign. Find the ostrich head sticking out of the ground on the topmost floor. Interacting with it will take you to a teleport maze. Choose the bottom head on the first platform and carry on until you hit a yellow island with a long path. Follow the path to the end and interact with the ostrich head.
Honey[]
The only way to be Cutey.
Appearance: Danaë becomes a jar of honey.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Causes Danaë to pop her lid and make honey ooze out.
Location: Found at the Beach.
Practical Uses: Can be used to attract nearby NPCs.
Go up and interact with the purple flower. Head north through the gap in the top of the area. Find and interact with the picnic spread.
Bad Girl[]
Wesh gros, ça va la famille ? (Hey buddy, how's the family going ?)
Appearance: Danaë becomes a "bad" girl; on her head there is a red cap on backwards. She also wears a black combination with a gilded print from her ordinary clothes and white shoes. On her face, there is bright makeup.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Causes her to take out a spray can and spray the screen black.
Location: Found in Cover World.
Practical Uses: This effect allows Danaë to teleport to the Nexus at will.
Go down and interact with the mouth. Head north-west and interact with the purple NPC. Carry on east until you hit a yellow arc, then go south and interact with the bobbing red object. Next, head south-east and between two green pillars. Directly north-west is a cluster of circular objects, interact with the one with a face on it.
Green Mouse (Souris Verte)[]
Trempez-la dans l'huile, trempez-la dans l'eau... (Wet her in the oil, wet her in the water...)
Appearance: Danaë becomes green, and appears to grow a mouse tail, ears, and a muzzle.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes her jump into the air and cover herself in slime before turning into a yellow snail with a print from her ordinary clothes on the sides of a black shell. It causes rain to fall.
Location: Found in Rhyme World.
Practical Uses: Needed to get the Chewing gum effect.
- The Star effect is required. There are two parts to obtaining this effect.
Go up and to the left and enter the spire. Head south-east past the solar panels and step on the small orange-ish puddle that's close to one of the chicken coops. You'll be transported to Soup World. Go north-east until you find an island surrounded with potatoes and a pumpkin and head north until you reach a couple of islands with a green bowl. Head west to the yellow phone and enter it. In the next area, equip the Star effect and use it to chase down the green mouse running across the area. Interact with it to catch it.
Once you have the mouse in your inventory, equip it, then press Shift to dunk it in the yellow liquid covering the area. Bring the mouse to cauldron near the trio of gentlemen. Interact with it to exchange the mouse for a Key, the true effect.
Cougar[]
A very special feline...
Appearance: Danaë wears a leopard outfit, pink glasses, red shoes and shoulder bag. She has blonde side-tail hairstyle.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes Danaë dance.
Location: Found in Old Age of "life journey".
Practical Uses: Can be used to enter the men's restroom. In addition, interacting with the hairdresser makes it possible to change Danaë's hairstyle for some pieces (there are 3 different hairstyles). Both of these are accessible in the Complex Mall. In the Underground Mines past the monster, it can be used to gain entry into the Nightclub.
Go right and interact with the water droplet. Head north-east to an entrance of a green structure. Go left and follow the path, then get on the boat to the south. Keep making stops throughout the "life journey" by remaining in the room with the angel captain until the boat comes to a halt. Visit each stop and repeat this process until you arrive at the fifth stage of old age. Interact with the radio near the tombstones.
Screw[]
Never miss the bottom of things.
Appearance: Danaë becomes a screw.
Passive Effect: Danaë hops around.
Action: (Shift) Makes Danaë drill into the ground. Pressing the action button again, she drills out the ground.
Location: Found in Silhouette Rooms.
Practical Uses: Provides access to some hidden areas (i.e. Underground Mines and underneath Silhouette Rooms). Needed to get the Radiator effect.
Go right and interact with the water droplet. Head north-east to an entrance of a green structure. Go left and follow the path. Get on the boat. Keep making stops throughout the "life journey" by remaining in the room with the angel captain until the boat comes to a halt. Visit each stop and repeat this process. At the sixth stop you'll end up in the Clock Room. Climb the ladders to reach the entrance to the Silhouette Rooms. From the entrance, go: up, right, up, left, up, right 3x, left and up. Interact with the white structure in the room's centre to get the effect.
Gossip[]
We could have called him "spy" !

Appearance: Danaë's head becomes an ear.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes Danaë listen closely.
Location: Found in Greek Maze.
Practical Uses: Interacting with some NPCs allow to see pictures of them with a text.
- The Radioactive effect and Cosplay effect are required. The Star/Mad effect are recommended.
Go down and right and interact with the sign. Find the ostrich head sticking out of the ground. Interacting with it will take you to the Ostrich Teleport Maze. Choose the bottom head on the first platform and carry on until you hit a yellow island. Once there, choose the other head. Follow the map until you reach an island with a blue ostrich head which will bring you to the Dark Lands. Continue north-west from where you're warped while avoiding the chasers and pass between two blue squiggles.
In the next area, step (physically, without hovering with the Star effect) on a cyan rectangle and then an orange target and you'll be transported to an area full of them. Equip the Star effect and look around until you locate a brown "X" square to the left of a door on an isolated platform. Stepping on it will teleport in front of the door that will take you to the Rapetisite Cure Centre. (The Mad effect changes the room's atmosphere and replaces each tile with a cross that won't teleport you. Therefore, you can do the above process using this effect if you don't have the Star effect.)
Once inside, carry on right to the end of the hall and take the stairs up to the third floor. Equip the Radioactive effect in front of the third door from the left to pass through the Strange Corridor. Through the door at the end is the Greek Maze.
This area is VERY difficult to traverse safely: there are speedy worm-like chasers that will teleport you to inescapable rooms throughout, as well as minotaurs running in a downward linear manner that will force you awake if you collide with them. Equip the Cosplay effect and press Shift to keep the chasers at bay. Carefully stop by any vertical passages to check for demons. Eventually, you'll be thrown in the dark when you hit a corridor of eyes: use the Radioactive effect to light your way. At the end is a chamber with a statue in the centre. Interact with it to remove its head and obtain the effect.
Chewing gum[]
I think you need to be a bit more flexible.
Appearance: Danaë becomes a сhewed-gum version of herself.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Cause Danaë to leave сhewed gum on the ground.
Location: Found in Dalí Phantasgmoric World.
Practical Uses: Can leave up to 5 markers (i.e., сhewed gums) on the ground.
- The Green Mouse (Souris Verte) effect is required.
Go left and enter the closet. Exit the room and keep to the right side of doors as you make your way down. Inside one of the rooms is a sleeping NPC and a long walkway with a painting. Interact with the painting to Abstract World. Search for and pass through a small doorway. Locate a red orb and equip the Green Mouse (Souris Verte) effect and press Shift to turn into a snail and make rain fall. Doing so will cause the orb to melt, revealing a key. Interact with it to get the effect.
Cherry[]
Cherry cherry cherry bonbon.
Appearance: Danaë's head becomes a cherry.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes Danaë's head explode and be replaced right away.
Location: Found in Japanese Area
Practical Uses: None.
Interact with the sign and enter Lush Station. Look for an unlabeled passage and interact with it. Walk all the way to the end of the road. Enter Sepia Station and go to the train platform. Go all to the right, take the stairs and continue going on. Walk to the end of the setting sun field and stop just before the exit: two stones will be standing over the train rails, walk between them. Now, you're in Japanese Area. The last tree to the left has cherries as well as pink petals underneath it. Interact with that tree to obtain the effect.
Magic Box[]
Do you know how to divide by 3 ?
Appearance: Danaë's body becomes a magic box.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes component parts of the box randomly switch places.
Location: Found in Magic World.
Practical Uses: None.
Go down and interact with the mouth. Go north-east and interact with the bloody bone. In the next area, go north-west and interact with decayed pale khaki NPC near a yellow tube. In the Gemini Maze make your way to the opposite side to reach the Magic World. Go up and interact with a walking saw to get the effect.
Shopping[]
The saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaales !!!!
Appearance: Danaë keeps a bunch of shopping bags.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Makes her cellphone ring, resulting in a long conversation between her and the individual on the other end.
Location: Found in Nursery Area.
Practical Uses: None.
- Needed at least 5€.
Go up and to the left and enter the spire. Locate and interact with an artichoke. In Artichoke World go north-east until you see a jaguar head. Move right to small box and enter it. From the entrance of the Сrispbread Area go down and left, down and right, go down the stairs, up and straight left to reach Central Antenna World. Go south-east and interact with a cyan floating glow. In Nursery Area go right and interact with the bird. In the pop-up interaction select the money, then select the crossed-out money to get the effect.
Believer[]
Open your mind...
Appearance: Danaë wears a green believer costume. On her head is a fancy accessory.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Danaë becomes transparent and casts out a magic orb which moves away from her in the direction she's facing. Pressing Z makes the orb return back.
Location: Found in Torture Room.
Practical Uses: Can be used to explore the area, mainly useful for surveilling out-of-bounds areas, or to scout ahead for any chasers.
- The Radioactive, Star/Mad, Cosplay and Brambles effects are required.
Follow the Gossip effect guide to reach the Greek Maze. From the entrance go left, straight up, straight left and down to a corridor with big walls; go left and enter the face doorway to reach the Crazy Maze.
- Attention: Crazy Maze may be difficult to traverse to people with epilepsy. Please be careful.
Equip the Brambles effect and hit the heart near the entrance. After that, your location will change with the map appearing in the background. The visibility of the location will narrow and the heart will be teleported to another spot. The movement here can be slow, so equip the Star effect. Pass the maze to find the slightly shabby heart. When you hit the heart for second time, the maze will be filled with golems, which, although they will approach you, will not send you to a dead end. Use the Brambles effect to clean your way to find the heart again. Some golems will bounce you off of them should you attempt to kill them; pressing Shift with the Cosplay effect will keep them away.
After hitting the heart 5 times you will be teleported to a clump of seaweed at a dead end of the Crazy Maze. Interact with it to reach the Ocean Floor. Go north-west and go through the arch. In the Abyssal Garden go up to the fountain and north-west from there to a metal door hidden under the plants. Enter the door to access the Torture Room. In here, interact with the dummy in a costume to get the effect.
Calendar[]
Time to turn the page...
Appearance: Danaë's head is replaced by a calendar with its pages reminicent of the four seasons.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Danaë flips a page on the calendar.
Location: Found in Dreaming Courtyard
Practical Uses: Can be used to change the state of certain areas, including the Courtyard and the Nexus. In addition to this, the appearance of the Parrot effect depends on the season of the calendar.
Go down and interact with the sign, and enter the unlabeled doorway on the third story. Traverse the tunnel it brings you to and head North to find yourself at the front of Sepia Station. Once inside, enter any of the three doors ahead and follow the railroad track to the end. The effect can be found within the Dreaming Courtyard, just north of the tracks as a tree that is constantly switching its season.
Parrot[]
Listen and repeat after me!
Appearance: Danaë turns into a parrot wearing a shirt.
Passive Effect: Certain sound effects heard while the effect is equipped will be copied the next time the effect is used.
Action: Danaë makes a noise.
Location: Found in Toothpaste World
Practical Uses: Can be used to get past the monster in the Underground Mines.
Go up and to the left and enter the spire. Locate and interact with the artichoke. In Artichoke World go north-east until you see a jaguar head. Move right to small box and enter it. From the entrance of the Сrispbread Area go down and left, down and right, go down the stairs, up the ladder to the right, right and up, go up the stairs, and enter the doorway to the right. Next, go all the way to the left, all the way down, and then go right until you reach an upper path surrounded by a crowd of large aliens. Interact with the purple UFO at the top. Navigate this world until you find a blue egg with the effect inside next to a lake.
Radiator[]
It's gonna be so hot (or cold)
Appearance: Danaë's body becomes a radiator, and a knob appears on the side of her head.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Danaë twists the knob on her head, turning the radiator to cold air, hot air, or neutral.
Location: Found in the Underground Mines
Practical Uses: Needed to get the Skis effect.
- The Screw effect is required.
Go down and to the left and interact with the green orb. Use the Screw effect to drop into the Mines. Head down and to the right, following the rails until you come to a stop at a conveyor belt. Interact with the object on the conveyor belt that resembles a burning cigarette to get the effect.
Shamrock[]
What's going to happen this time...
Appearance: Danaë sports a beard, orange cap, and suspenders. A flower can be seen hanging from her mouth.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: (Shift) Danaë pulls out a horseshoe to perform a ritual that displays a four-leaf clover on screen. She has a chance to do one of the following things:
- Transform into an orange or yellow one-eyed monster
- Transform into a green or yellow bird-like monster with a nest on top of its head
- Transform into a mosaic-patterned creature with a long neck
- Become a golden version of herself
- Gain 5€
- Lose 5€
- Summon a random food item
- Cause a firework to shoot up from the ground
Location: Found in the Sequoia Lucky Forest
Practical Uses: Can be considered a money source, albeit somewhat unreliable, since there is a chance it can be lost at the same rate.
Go down and interact with the mouth. Once entered, head north-west and interact with the purple NPC with a circular head. Locate the red bobber directly southwest of the teleport NPC, head left until you find a fishhook with kelp, then go downward, into the horseshoe to the Sequoia Lucky Forest. Of the two spaces marked with a question mark on the spinners, land on the one that is coloured pink to get the effect.
Skis[]
Quand te reverrais-je ? Pays merveilleux ! (When will I see you again ? Wonderful Land !)
Appearance: Danaë dons skiing equipment, including a coat, helmet, and goggles. She also carries a pair of skis on her back.
Passive Effect: None.
Action: None.
Location: Found in Ice Mountain
Practical Uses: Used to access the Skihill event.
- The Radiator effect is required.
Go down and interact with the mouth. Head north-west and interact with the purple NPC with a circular head. In the new area, head north-west and interact with the fishing bobber. Head left until you find a fishhook with kelp, then go downward, into the horseshoe. In the following forest, head right and enter the door. Go left and head down the stairs, then head right until you see a key frozen in a block of ice. Equip the Radiator effect, press Shift until Danaë is red, then interact with the frozen key to melt the ice and get the effect.
Menu Themes Guide[]
Menu Theme can be changed in Danae's Bedroom by checking the painting and choosing the picture linked to the Menu Theme that you want.

You start the game with this theme.
Azur[]
Follow the Magic Box effect guide to reach Magic World. Go north-east and interact with a big legged sphere to get the theme.
Bubbles[]
Go up and to the right and enter the double doors. Head north-west through an alien-like archway. Carry on north and interact with the beverage to be warped to Bubble Lands. Find and pass between two columns of grass to get the theme.
Chance[]
Enter the Sequoia Lucky Forest, where the Shamrock effect is obtained. Interact with one of the spinners on the trees land on the blue space marked with a question mark to get the theme.
Crazy Maze[]
Follow the Believer effect guide until you hit the heart 5 times. The menu theme will be automatically received.
EPACSE[]
Go down and interact with the mouth. Head north-west and interact with the purple NPC. Carry on east until you hit a yellow arc, then go south and interact with the bobbing red object. Next, head south-east and between two green pillars. Pass through the thorny archway and interact with the bus stop until a bus arrives. Wait on the bus until it comes to a halt. Exit through the square building to EPACSE. Find and interact with a sign on one of the cubes to get the theme.
Gravure[]
Follow the Shopping effect guide and feed the bird 7 times to get the theme.
Sunflower[]
Go left and enter the closet. In one of the rooms is a sunflower NPC, interact with them to get the theme.
Events[]
Chicken Revenge[]
Go up and to the left and enter the spire. Find the Chicken Settlement, equip the Mad effect and enter any houses. At one point, the room can become red, while chicken clucking, and static. Eating sounds can be heard at the end of the event, then Danaë screams and wakes up.
Metamorphoses[]
Go up and interact with the purple flower. Ones you will see running away NPC - Roxane, which every three seconds turns into a plant. Wait for her to change her back into a human and equip the Brambles effect. Attack her and watch as she metamorphoses into you and starts to smile and laugh at you as you start to be replaced. Ending with a screamer and forcing to wake up.
Organ Shop[]
The face icon of this event
- Need at least 20€.
Go up and interact with the purple flower. Go a bit down, then left to the blue building with a moon image. Go down the stairs to reach the Complex Mall. Go down to the third tier and enter the double doors without any signs near it. Here, in the Organ Shop, you can let the seller sew a copy of Danaë's head on to Danaë herself.
The Ski Hill[]

Follow the guide for the Skis effect, but instead of going to the ice cube, continue down the mountain. At the very bottom, go between the two trees. In the following area, equip the Skis effect and head through the barriers to witness the event. There also is a speed glitch that can be triggered by repeatedly either going down the hill at max speed or smashing into a object at max speed then once it ends, you will now be able to walk at this speed, this glitch is indefinite however so be careful if you try to use it not to save over important files.
Flag in the Ostrich Maze[]

In the nexus, interact with the traffic sign and arrive at the Vine Ruined Subway, take all the furthest doors upwards and find an ostrich head surrounded by flowers next to a caution sign. Interact with it to enter the Ostrich Maze. It is unclear what triggers this but once you enter the maze, you need to see a flash of light upon entering. If a light doesn’t flash, then it hasn’t appeared, and you need to try again. If it does appear however then you need to touch these heads in order. Middlemost head, bottom head, top head, and finally head directly to the left of you. The flag will be to the left of you. You cannot interact with it but unless you return to a save before this happens, it will always be there from now on whenever you enter the maze.

The Brambles effect is required.
enter the elevator doors in the nexus, you then will arrive at The Hall of Planets. Once there, go left or right (doesn’t matter which.) till you reach an orange planet with a white flower border, a house, an alien girl in front of it. Equip the Brambles effect. Once you do, the lady will become enraged and start spinning around like mad. If you attempt to attack her at this point, instead, she will close her eyes, scream and immediately vaporize you into ash. Leading to Danaë waking up.
Camp Cannibal[]

The Screw effect is required.
Touch the cyan ball to go to the Star Colored Drawing Board, once there immediately equip the Screw effect and use it. You will fall into The Mines, from here, keep heading up till you find a cave opening in the wall. You will then be in a cave guarded by a large green monster, instead of getting killed by him, use the Screw effect again here. You will then fall down even deeper. You will now be in Camp Cannibal, here you can explore the cave and even find a lady with a large neck on a throne at the top. Just be careful however because if you touch any of the cannibals, you will immediately be teleported to the Mourning Woods.
Lockdown[]

The Brambles effect is required, and the Cosplay effect is recommended.
From the nexus enter the closet, you will then arrive at the Red-Carpet Hotel. Go outside and enter any room with a npc in it. Equip the Brambles effect and kill the npc. Immediately the hotel will go into lockdown mode. The entire screen will begin to flash red, and the music will be replaced with a loud alarm. Upon going outside (unless you use the Cosplay effect and make it smile.) chasers dressed in suits and a hat (assumed to staff security) will immediately hunt you down and capture you, trapping you in an empty desert. You can stop the alarm by leaving the Hotel and coming back.
Pouleine Ride[]

[Caution, upon doing the event, a game breaking glitch where you can't open the menu will occur. You can fix it by sitting in the Midnight Mall Hairdresser or in the map north of where you will arrive, but saving before attempting this is recommended. If you are playing on YNOproject, this bug should already be fixed.]
Go to the mouth in the nexus, once you touch it, you will be in the Green Gardens. Go down to the vine wall then to the left till you find a gap in it. Go down towards the bench and find a disemboweled corpse and enter it. You will arrive at the Corridor of Decay, from here go southeast till you find a green corpse rotting on a bone. Touch it to enter the Gemini Maze then follow these directions, up, right, down, right, down, left, down, right, down, left, down, right, down, take the first left, down, left, up, left, down, right, down, left, down, right, down, right, up, right, down, right, up, right, down, to the first right, up, right, down and finally one last right. You now should arrive at Magic Trick Carnival. Go up and at the first stack of cards you see, go right till you near the cage tree and go up to the gazebo and enter it. You will arrive at The Dreamland Zoo. Go through the right path to the next screen then go up into a marble structure, once in the aquarium just continue upwards till you find a room. Pouleine will be waiting for you in the middle. Interact with them to start the event and enjoy the wild ride. You will then arrive at the beach once it is over but will be unable to open your menu, you will have to force quit and return to an earlier save.
Elderly Woman’s Rave[]

(Epilepsy warning)
Enter the elevator doors to The Hall of Planets, then go left or right (it doesn’t matter.) till you arrive at technicolored planet with a submarine and a water cooler with pink liquid in it. Interact with the cooler to drink some of the liquid. A grandma will then appear and flash a multitude of colors till you press the esc button and end the event. You can also make sounds with the arrow keys while in the event. This is likely a reference to the Rave or Face event in the original Yume Nikki.
Lord of the Flies[]

The Brambles effect is required.
Enter the mouth in the nexus to the Green Gardens, then go down into the vine wall. Go left till you find a gap in it and go towards the bench till you find a disemboweled corpse. Enter it to arrive at The Corridor of Decay. Once here, immediately equip the Brambles effect. Once you equip it, the whole screen will turn red, the music will change, and the decaying cow npcs will freeze and start mooing in fear. Flies will also fly across the screen at times. Attacking a cow will also make it decay into a pile of flesh and bone. It will immediately go back to normal once you unequip the effect.

Danaë and the Mad Scientist.
The Brambles effect is required.
Enter the closet to the Red-Carpet Hotel. Exit into the hallway and travel up to the sixth set of doors and enter the left one into g man’s room. Then immediately exit, you will now be in hall 2. Go up to the next set of doors and enter the right one into mister door’s room. Head out the door with the emergency escape sign above it. Now head down the stairs. You will then arrive at The Radioactive Factory. Go left, down, left, up, take the second left, and finally take the second up. You will arrive at a small platform with a mad scientist on it. Equip the Brambles effect and he will take out a remote controller. If you attempt to attack or get too close to him while he has it out, he will press the button and laugh manically, launching tactical nukes and bombs down onto your head. A loud explosion will be heard and Danaë will immediately wake up. Presumably having been blown up and killed by the nuclear explosion.
Wrath of the One True Believer[]

Danaë and the One True Believer.
The Star and Brambles effects are required.
Go to the Flower in the nexus to enter the Floral Beach. Head down till you reach the coast and equip the Star effect. Use it at the coast to fly off of the coast, fly across the sky past the castle and towards island on a cloud. You will then arrive at the Statue Sanctuary. Immediately go left to the two believers standing guard. Go between them to arrive at the Temple of the Believers. This place is quite huge, and the one true Believer does not have a set location as she will teleport around the map. Look for a woman that looks like the large golden statue that is also present in the location. If you find her then act quickly as if you wait too long, she will teleport to a different location. Equip the Brambles effect and immediately attempt to attack her. She will disappear upon getting too close and reappear with a rabid creature. She will then place it down and snap, teleporting away. The creature will then latch onto your face and presumably start to aggressively eat you alive, red blood splatters splashing onto the screen. Danaë will then be forced to wake up.
